Chief Human & Organisation Officer (CHO)
Build the people, leadership and organisation capable of turning an ambitious vision into extraordinary results.
Build the organisation that builds the future
Omnibuildos is looking for a Chief Human & Organisation Officer (CHO) to join our executive leadership team and build the people, leadership and organisational system behind our long-term ambition.
This is not a conventional HR role.
We are not looking for someone whose primary focus is payroll, attendance, policies or administrative processes. Those functions matter, but they do not define this position.
At Omnibuildos, the CHO is one of the company’s core leaders — working alongside the CTO and COO as part of a leadership triangle built around:
Technology. People. Execution.
The CTO builds the technology.
The COO builds the operating engine.
The CHO builds the organisation capable of delivering the mission.
Your responsibility is not simply to manage people.
Your responsibility is to build a company in which exceptional people can achieve exceptional things.
The Mission
Omnibuildos has an ambitious vision and intends to build an organisation capable of pursuing it at global scale.
The CHO will translate that ambition into:
exceptional leadership;
exceptional talent;
a high-performance organisation;
a strong and coherent culture;
clear accountability;
effective collaboration; and
the organisational capability required to turn strategy into results.
You will help determine who joins the company, who becomes a leader, how teams are structured, how performance is raised, how leadership is developed, and how the organisation evolves as the company grows.
Recruiting is therefore not merely an HR process.
It is one of the clearest expressions of the CHO’s two most important capabilities:
Leadership and Organisation.
What You Will Lead
You will work directly with the founders and executive team to build Omnibuildos’ leadership and organisational system from the ground up.
Your responsibilities will include:
Building the executive, leadership and talent strategy for the company.
Recruiting outstanding people across technology, product, construction, operations and corporate functions.
Designing an organisation capable of scaling from an entrepreneurial founding team into a global company.
Creating a leadership system that develops strong managers and future executives.
Establishing a high-performance culture built around mission, ownership, judgement, accountability and results.
Translating company strategy into organisational structure, roles, responsibilities and talent requirements.
Building succession pipelines for critical leadership positions.
Identifying organisational weaknesses before they become growth constraints.
Coaching and challenging senior leaders while maintaining alignment across the company.
Designing performance, reward and incentive systems that support long-term value creation.
Protecting talent density as the organisation scales.
Ensuring that the company’s values are reflected not only in words, but in hiring, promotion, decision-making and everyday behaviour.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a leader first and an HR professional second.
You may come from human resources, organisational leadership, executive search, talent strategy, organisational development or another leadership-intensive environment.
Your title matters less than your ability to build people and organisations.
You should bring:
Exceptional leadership presence and judgement.
Outstanding ability to identify, attract and assess high-calibre people.
Strong organisational design capability.
The confidence to work as a peer to the CTO, COO and other C-level executives.
The ability to influence founders, executives and teams without relying solely on formal authority.
A deep understanding of what makes high-performing organisations work.
The ability to distinguish exceptional talent from merely impressive CVs.
Experience building or transforming organisations during periods of rapid growth.
Strong commercial judgement and an understanding of how people decisions affect business performance.
The courage to make difficult decisions when required.
The ability to combine long-term organisational thinking with practical execution.
Experience in technology, AI, construction technology, engineering or high-growth companies would be valuable, but it is not the defining requirement.
What Success Looks Like
Success will not be measured by the size of the HR department.
It will be visible across the entire company:
The quality of the people we recruit.
The quality of the leaders we develop.
The clarity of the organisation.
The speed of execution.
The strength of the culture.
The ability of talented people to work together toward a common mission.
And ultimately, the company’s ability to turn an ambitious vision into extraordinary results.
This Role Is Different
Many companies treat Human Resources as a support function.
Omnibuildos does not.
Technology alone does not build a great company.
Capital alone does not build a great company.
Strategy alone does not build a great company.
People do.
And people become an organisation through leadership.
The CHO will therefore have a central role in shaping not only who works at Omnibuildos, but what kind of company Omnibuildos becomes.

Build the people. Build the leaders. Build the organisation.
